SP Member definition

SP Member means SunPower YC Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
SP Member means SunPower YC Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “SP Parent” means SunPower Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
SP Member has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.1.2.
