Space Application Form means the official booking form to be completed, signed and returned to the LLP in order to book space to exhibit at the Show.

Space Application Form means the booking form to be completed, signed and returned to the LLP in order to book space. ‘Space’ means exhibition floor space only or exhibition shell scheme and related floor space at the NEC, allocated to Exhibitors as requested on their Space Application form for the purpose of exhibiting their products at the Show.

  • The execution of the Space Application Form and its receipt by Nova Exhibitions BV is conclusive and sufficient evidence of the Participant’s agreement to pay all costs related to their participation from that moment onwards.

  • However, the Event Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to reallocate space at any time (such reallocated space to be no less gross floor area than that on the completed Space Application Form).

  • Applications must be made on the Space Application Form and emailed to the Event Organiser’s Contact Address conference@bad.org.uk .

  • All exhibitors must submit the original completed copy of the Official Space Application Form issued by the MIHAS SECRETARIAT under the management of QUBE INTERGRATED MALAYSIA SDN BHD (hereafter called the “Event Organiser”) with authorised signatory and company seal and to reach the MIHAS Secretariat as specified by the “Event Organiser”.

Related to Space Application Form

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
