Booking Form. All applications to book holidays in the property must be submitted by you to us. The booking form must be fully completed by you and must be accompanied by payment of the booking fee/ deposit. The amount of the booking fee shall be as follows: If the booking fee is submitted more than 30 days or more before the commencement of the requested holiday letting period – 30% of the full amount is payable in respect of the letting . If the booking fee is submitted is less than 56 days before the commencement of the requested holiday letting period –the full amount is payable in respect of the whole of the letting period. In the event we decline an application, the full amount of the booking fee will be refunded to you. In the event that an application is accepted, the booking fee will be retained by us and treated as a payment in account of the amount payable in respect of the letting.
Booking Form. 3.1 A booking form is available on the website, from the Mosque Office at HJM or by emailing the Bookings Team. You can make enquiries about hiring our facilities in person or by telephone
3.2 The booking form contains details of the facilities available for hire and the associated fees. Please be advised that fees are reviewed on a quarterly basis.

2. If the booking form is submitted less than 4 weeks before the commencement of the requested holiday period - the full amount payable in respect of the whole of the letting period. In the event that an application is accepted, the booking fee will be retained by us and treated as a payment on account of the amount payable in respect of the letting.

Booking Form. 3.1.1 If you wish to make a booking you must accept your quote and sign your contract (unless otherwise agreed) no less than two full working days prior to the Hire Period. All bookings must be made via our Online Booking Form. Particular care must be taken when completing the Online Booking Form as changes can only be made in writing and with our consent. All details stated on the Booking Form will be accepted by us as correct including spelling, punctuation and grammar, unless you notify us otherwise in writing. Any costs that we incur as a result of relying on incorrect information supplied by you must be reimbursed by you.
Booking Form. Your Booking Form is the electronic or physical form you signed which includes a summary of your rental terms, such as:
(a) your details;
(b) the Vehicle description;
(c) the Hire Rate;
(d) your Excess amount;
(e) the Start Date; and
(f) whether you have joined the ClickMe Points Program. The Booking Form forms part of this Agreement. By signing the Booking Form, you confirm that the details in the Booking Form are correct and that you accept this Agreement.
Booking Form. All applications for hire of the hall shall be made by use of the Hall’s Standard Booking Form, specifying the start date and time and end date and time of the period of hire and shall be submitted to the Bookings Secretary by email or hard copy.

Booking Form. 3.1.1 Once you have filled out the Booking Form on our website with respect to your hire requirements, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your request. This does not mean the booking has been accepted. We will send you a confirmation email with our contact details, details of the Product you have hired (and any additional add-ons) for the requested event date, the final full cost and an invoice for the Booking Fee. A contract between us will only be formed once we confirm receipt of your Booking Fee for hire of the Product on the requested date. If a Product is no longer available for hire, we will inform you of this by email and your order will not be processed, or if a payment was taken you will be refunded for the full amount.
3.1.2 All Private bookings must be made via our Online Booking Form and payments made through the methods outlined on the invoice that will be sent to you via email. Booking Form. A. Anyone who completes a booking form, to apply to attend an THE EDGE CLINIC programme, is agreeing to abide by these aforementioned. Please read this section of the BASI policy:
