Special Day Class definition

Special Day Class means a class that has pupils enrolled that are individuals with exceptional needs.

Special Day Class. Teacher” (SDC Teacher), for purposes of this article, is a special education teacher whose duties include providing instruction and services to students who are in a separate classroom for a majority of the school day, as identified in an Individualized Education Program.

  • Fixed Rate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class A-1 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
