SERVICES TO STUDENTS. The student will obtain assistance from the CLE consortium with all administrative formalities he/she may need, such as the period of enrolment at the universities, welcome reception, how to get the student card, accommodation information (cost of living, university residences, renting flats), procedures for opening a bank account, sports facilities as well as cultural and social events, and, if needed, the residence permit, registration with the local authorities and visa information. SERVICES TO STUDENTS. 32. The Student will have a tutor that will be assigned during the induction week every year in Novara (UPO - Coordinating Institution). The Student and the tutor will meet on this occasion. The tutors are chosen among the academic staff and will take responsibility for single Students. Should the Student have any kind of difficulty, either academic, logistic or administrative, social or cultural, he/she will have the possibility to refer to his/her tutor for advice. The Student may, with proper justification, ask the JCB to change tutors. If such justification is deemed sufficient, the JCB will assign a new tutor. The student has the opportunity to refer to the Host Institution Programme Directors and, secondly, to the Programme Coordinator, in case of disagreements or problems with the tutor.
SERVICES TO STUDENTS. Vendors and their tutors may not disclose any information about any student to anyone outside the school community. • Tutors are expected to carry their fingerprint card and wear a badge identifying their vendor affiliation at all times while on campus. • Tutoring services may begin only after:  A Vendor Registration Form has been completed  A Vendor Contract had been completed and approved  Insurance information has been received and approved  Copies of tutor fingerprint cards have been received  A purchase order has been issued  An SES Agreement has been fully completed and signed/initialed by all parties (vendor, parent, school official) • Vendors must provide consistent tutoring for students; vendors may not serve students intermittently by starting, stopping, starting, stopping services. Once tutoring has begun, vendors are expected to provide tutoring services to each student a minimum of one (1) day per week (except during holiday weeks). • Tutoring groups are to remain small (not to exceed 3 students per session) • All SES tutoring is to be conducted in English, • Each tutor must supply a weekly tutoring schedule to the school in advance so that school officials are aware of which tutors and which students will be working together each week. • Vendors must assume the responsibility of arranging for approved substitutes in the event that their tutor(s) are going to be absent. • Hopefully this will be a rare occurrence……but if there are ever changes to the scheduled learning sessions, it is the responsibility of the vendor to provide early notification to the student, parent, and school officials. • Tutors must ensure that all students have safely left the campus before they, themselves, depart. • Progress Reports are required to be submitted to the parent and the designated school official; it is expected that three (3) progress reports will be generated - the first report to be issued one-third of the way through the tutoring period; the second report to be issued two-thirds of the way through the tutoring period; and, the third report to be issued at the conclusion of tutoring for each child.

The Student will obtain assistance from the Offices of Universities (e.g. Secretariat, International Offices, etc.) with all administrative formalities he/she may need, such as enrollment, welcome reception, accommodation information (cost of living, university residences, renting flats, availability of special needs facilities), and, if needed, the residence permit and visa information.
SERVICES TO STUDENTS. Participate on multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate intervention plans for students who are experiencing social/emotional difficulties. Interview students and parents to explore issues related to non-attendance and develop a plan of action to address attendance and tardy concerns. Provide individual and group conferencing for students who are experiencing problems in school, at home and in their community. Emphasis on early identification and intervention. Encourage and assist parents in securing community mental health, medical and social welfare services to meet student and family needs. Consult and collaborate with school, district based and community resources to provide assistance to student’s who have been displaced from their homes. Support restorative justice practices. Support students in transition and xxxxxx care students. Services to parents: Conduct home visits for the purposes of parent education, providing referrals to community resources and assisting parents in understanding the challenges experienced by their children. Support parents in identifying and meeting their children’s social and emotional needs. Facilitate communication with school personnel.
SERVICES TO STUDENTS.  In keeping with FERPA regulations, the vendors and their tutors may not disclose any information about any student to anyone outside the school community.  For the safety of our children, all tutors must carry at all times while on campus, their fingerprint card and vendor affiliation and must produce both if asked by any employees on campus.  Services with the students may only begin after:

  • Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment.

Any decision to shorten these minimum coverages shall be made by the attending physician in consultation with and upon agreement with you. If you participate in an early discharge, defined as inpatient care following a mastectomy that is less than forty-eight (48) hours and inpatient care following an axillary node dissection that is less than twenty-four (24) hours, coverage shall include a minimum of one (1) home visit conducted by a physician or registered nurse.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Paramedical Services Services of the following registered/certified practitioners up to the maximums shown on the "Summary of Benefits" pages:

  • Diagnostic Services Procedures ordered by a recognized Provider because of specific symptoms to diagnose a specific condition or disease. Some examples include, but are not limited to:
