Special Engagement definition

Special Engagement has the meaning set forth in Section 11.14(a). “State Commissions” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4. “Stock Exchange” has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Special Engagement means Physical/Community Services employee appointed to a position which requires them to work at any time and not be confirmed to the ordinary spread of hours. An additional loading of 25% of the ordinary rate will apply.
Special Engagement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.17 (Privilege; Counsel).

Related to Special Engagement
