Special income level definition

Special income level. (SIL) means three hundred per cent of the current supplemental security income (SSI) payment standard. The SSI payment standard is also referred to as the federal benefit rate (FBR). SIL is used when an individual needs long-term care (LTC) services and has income over the allowable standards for base eligibility as defined in paragraph (B)(7) of this rule. Under SIL, an individual receives all services that are provided under a base eligibility category in addition to long-term care services as defined in paragraph (B)(48) of this rule.
Special income level. (SIL) means three hundred per cent of the current supplemental security income (SSI) payment standard. The SSI payment standard is also referred to as the federal benefit rate (FBR).
Special income level means the amount which is 300 percent of the SSI standard.

  • Special income level (SIL) eligibility, as described in paragraph (B)(74) of this rule, may be explored for an individual in need of LTC services who is over the income limit for base eligibility.

  • Special income level (SIL) eligibility, as described in paragraph (B)(84) of this rule, may be explored for an individual in need of LTC services who is over the income standard for base eligibility.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • mandatory control level RBC ’ means the product of .70 and the authorized control level RBC.

  • Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.

  • Base Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month which is 12 calendar months prior to the month for which the Substitute Index Level is being determined;

  • Reference Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month referred to in “Latest Level” above.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Multiplier means 1.0.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Pricing Level IV means any time when (i) no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, (ii) the Senior Debt Rating is BBB- or higher by S&P or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s and (iii) Pricing Levels I, II and III do not apply.

  • Pricing Level I shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is greater than or equal to 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Level I means a component of the federal PASRR requirement. Level I refers to the identification of individuals who are potential nursing facility admissions who have indicators of mental illness or developmental disabilities (42 CFR 483.128(a)).

  • Level has the meaning given that term in the definition of the term “Applicable Margin.”

  • Pricing Level V any time when (i) the senior unsecured long term debt rating of the Borrower by (x) S&P is BBB‑ or higher or (y) Xxxxx’x is Baa3 or higher and (ii) none of Pricing Level I, Pricing Level II, Pricing Level III or Pricing Level IV applies.

  • Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index

  • authorized control level RBC means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instructions;

  • Pricing Level II shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.50 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 3.00 to 1.00.

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

  • Pricing Level III shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than or equal to 3.00 to 1.00 but greater than 2.50 to 1.00.

  • Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.

  • Level 4 means a project of greater than 550 kWac and not more than 1 MWac.
