Special Order Goods definition

Special Order Goods means any Goods that are custom ordered or configured to Buyer’s specifications, or otherwise designated as special order Goods by WGEO.

Examples of Special Order Goods in a sentence

• Buyer shall indemnify and hold WG harmless for any and all delays, claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses related to Special Order Goods.

• In the event that the Customer cancels the Order for Special Order Goods or Order for large quantities at any time after acceptance thereof by Audio Sound, Audio Sound shall be entitled to charge the Customer a reasonable penalty fee in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
