Special Regular Trustee definition

Special Regular Trustee means a Regular Trustee appointed by the Holders of a Majority in liquidation amount of the Preferred Securities in accordance with Section 5.6(a)(ii)(B).
Special Regular Trustee means a Regular Trustee appointed by the Holders of a Majority in aggregate liquidation amount of the Preferred Securities in accordance with Section 5.02(a)(ii)(B).
Special Regular Trustee means a Regular Trustee appointed in accordance with Section 4.2(a)(ii)(B) if the Certificate of Terms of a series of Preferred Securities provides for the appointment of a Special Regular Trustee upon the occurrence of certain events.
