Special Reserve Account definition

Special Reserve Account. As used herein, the Trustee may create a segregated custodial account or accounts pursuant to Section 2.02(d) in trust for the Certificateholders, which shall be entitled “Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of Wachovia Bank Commercial Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-C31 and [name of party providing the funds]”. Any such account will be an Eligible Account.

Special Reserve Account. A segregated custodial account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 2.02(f) by the Trustee or the Master Servicer on behalf of the Trustee in trust for the Certificateholders, which shall be entitled "GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation, as Master Servicer, in trust for the registered holders of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-C1." Any such account shall be an Eligible Account and shall be an "outside reserve fund" for purposes of the REMIC Provisions, which is not held by REMIC I.

Special Reserve Account shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.14(d).

Examples of Special Reserve Account in a sentence

• If applicable, all amounts on deposit in the Series Pre-Funding Special Reserve Account shall be deemed to be Series Finance Charge Collections and shall be deposited into the Series Collections Account.

• The Trust shall possess all right, title and interest in all funds on deposit from time to time in the Pre-Funding Special Reserve Account and in all proceeds thereof.

• Pursuant to authority granted to it under Section 3.01(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Servicer shall have the revocable power to instruct the Trustee to withdraw funds from the Pre-Funding Special Reserve Account for the purpose of carrying out the duties of the Servicer hereunder.

• Any funds on deposit in the Pre-Funding Special Reserve Account for more than one Business Day shall be invested in Permitted Investments under Section 4.02(c) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

• The Pre-Funding Special Reserve Account shall be under the sole dominion and control of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of this Series.

Special Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.10 hereof.

Special Reserve Account means a segregated custodial account or accounts created and maintained by each Master Servicer, pursuant to Section 2.03(d), on behalf of the Trustee in trust for the Certificateholders and the related Mortgage Loan Seller, which shall be entitled "[name of Master Servicer], as the Master Servicer, in trust for the registered holders of Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-CPN1, and [name of the related Mortgage Loan Seller], Special Reserve Account."
