Special Reserve Account definition

Special Reserve Account. As used herein, the Trustee may create a segregated custodial account or accounts pursuant to Section 2.02(d) in trust for the Certificateholders, which shall be entitled “Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of Wachovia Bank Commercial Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-C31 and [name of party providing the funds]”. Any such account will be an Eligible Account.
Special Reserve Account. A segregated custodial account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 2.02(f) by the Trustee or the Master Servicer on behalf of the Trustee in trust for the Certificateholders, which shall be entitled "GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation, as Master Servicer, in trust for the registered holders of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-C1." Any such account shall be an Eligible Account and shall be an "outside reserve fund" for purposes of the REMIC Provisions, which is not held by REMIC I.
Special Reserve Account shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.14(d).

Examples of Special Reserve Account in a sentence

  • If a Series of Notes is secured by a Special Reserve Account or is not secured by any debt service Reserve Account, such Series of Notes shall have no claim on the Parity Reserve Account or any other Special Reserve Account.

  • A Special Reserve Account created for any Series of Note shall be held and maintained by the Trustee.

  • If a Supplemental Trust Agreement provides that the Notes issued thereunder is to be secured by a Special Reserve Account, the Corporation must fund, from the proceeds of such Notes or from any other available sources, at the time or times and in the manner specified in the applicable Supplemental Trust Agreement, such Special Reserve Account in an amount equal to the Special Reserve Account Requirement for such Notes.
