Special Security Agreement definition

Special Security Agreement means any Special Security Agreement entered into between and among SSL, Buyer Ultimate Parent, TTM Printed Circuit Group, Inc., and the United States Department of Defense.
Special Security Agreement means the Special Security Agreement to be entered into by and among Mr. Tang, SSL, the Company and the U.S. DoD, and any agreement that may be entered into to replace, modify or amend such agreement as required by the U.S. DoD.
Special Security Agreement means an agreement between the parties and their Affiliates, as applicable, and DSS imposing various FOCI measures consistent with Section 2-303.c of the NISPOM.

Special Security Agreement means an agreement providing for the assignment of the monthly Common Expense payments payable by the Strata Lot owners to the Strata Corporation over to EIC in the event of any default of payment of the monthly operating lease payments (Operating Lease Payments) by the Strata Corporation under the terms of the Operating Lease. This shall be an agreement made under the Personal Property Security Act and which may be registered at a Personal Property Registry office in British Columbia.
