Examples of Prohibited Area in a sentence
Entering a Prohibited Area will be a breach of your Tenancy Agreement and may lead to termination of your Tenancy Agreement.
During the Restricted Period (defined below), no member of the Prohibited Group (defined below) may, directly or indirectly, acquire any Top Lease (defined below) in the Prohibited Area (defined below) without the prior written consent of Disclosing Party, which consent Disclosing Party may withhold for any or no reason.
It is a disciplinary offence under the Disciplinary Code to enter any Prohibited Area.
In particular, if such court determines that the duration of the Non-Disclosure Period and/or the respective Restricted Period and/or the scope of the Prohibited Activities or the Prohibited Area is unreasonable, the parties agree to reduce such duration and/or scope to such extent as may be necessary to ensure that the covenants in this Agreement are reasonable in the circumstances, as determined by the court.
Prohibited Area - The classification of a shellfish growing area determined by the shellfish control authority where shellfish harvesting for food purposes is not permitted.
