Specified Indentures definition

Specified Indentures means the following: (i) the Indenture dated June 10, 1997 governing the 11 1/8% Senior Notes Due 2007 of the Corporation; (ii) the Indenture dated April 19, 1996 governing the 12% Senior Discount Notes Due May 2006 of the Corporation; and (iii) the Indenture dated February 7, 1996 governing the 12% Senior Discount Notes Due February 2006 of the Corporation.
Specified Indentures means (a) the Senior Secured Indenture and (b) the Indenture, dated as of April 29, 1999, between United and Firstar Bank, N.A.
Specified Indentures means (a) the Indenture dated as of February 5, 1998, between Old United and Firstar Bank, N.A. (f/k/a Firstar Bank of Minnesota, N.A.) and (b) the Indenture dated as of April 29, 1999, between Old United and Firstar Bank, N.A., in each case as were in effect on May 1, 2001. "Standstill Agreement" means the Standstill Agreement to be entered into among the Corporation, Liberty Media Corporation, Liberty Media International, Inc., et al., as contemplated by the Merger Agreement. "Stockholders Agreement" means the Stockholders Agreement to be entered into among the Corporation, Liberty Media Corporation, Liberty Media International, Inc., the individuals designated as Founders therein, et al., as contemplated by the Merger Agreement.

  • The "Section 4 Termination Date" shall be the earliest of (i) June 30, 2000 or (ii) the date on which all the Specified Indenture Defaults have been cured or waived, through amendments to the Specified Indentures or otherwise or (iii) the date on which a notice of acceleration under any Specified Indenture has been delivered to the Company.
