Specified Margin definition

Specified Margin means (i) with respect to the Class A Notes, 0.800%, (ii) with respect to the Class B Notes, 1.000%, (iii) with respect to the Class C Notes, 1.200%, (iv) with respect to the Class D Notes, 1.400%, (v) with respect to the Class E Notes, 2.350%, (vi) with respect to the Class F Notes, 3.500% and (vii) with respect to the Class G Notes, 5.500%.
Specified Margin means (i) with respect to the Class A Notes, 0.750%, (ii) with respect to the Class B Notes, 0.900%, (iii) with respect to the Class C Notes, 1.100%, (iv) with respect to the Class D Notes, 1.300%, (v) with respect to the Class E Notes, 2.750% and (vi) with respect to the Class F Notes, 4.750%.
Specified Margin has the meaning given to in Clause 4.

Examples of Specified Margin in a sentence

  • Any discounts and rebates provided to End Customers are not covered by the Specified Margin, and shall be borne by Principal.

  • If the Company chooses not to redeem all of the Unsold Bonds on the Election Date all the Capital Bonds will remain outstanding and will be subject to the New Conditions applicable during that Bond Period commencing on the next Election Date except that, for that Bond Period, all the Capital Bonds (including the Unsold Bonds) will bear interest at the aggregate of the Swap Rate plus the Issue Margin for the prior Bond Period plus the Specified Margin.

  • Any such Supply Notice shall be accompanied with reasonable documentation supporting Distributor’s calculations of the Specified Margin for the applicable SKU and Manufacturer shall be entitled to conduct an audit in accordance with Section 3.8 hereof following delivery of such Supply Notice in order to verify such Specified Margin, regardless of whether or not Manufacturer has already conducted an audit during the concurrent calendar year.

  • For all Specified Margin Shares not represented by share certificates, a control letter, duly executed by Holdings, Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation and Agent.


More Definitions of Specified Margin

Specified Margin has the meaning given in Section 10.4 hereof.
Specified Margin means, as determined at any date, the amount of Applicable Margin attributable to the Term Loans equal to (a) at all times prior to June 10, 2025, 2.50% per annum, and (b) at all times on and after June 10, 2025, 1.50% per annum.

Related to Specified Margin

  • CD Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Hedged Margin for CFD trading shall mean the necessary margin required by the Company so as to open and maintain Matched Positions.

  • Applicable ABR Margin means, at any date:

  • Applicable L/C Margin means the per annum fee, from time to time in effect, payable with respect to outstanding Letter of Credit Obligations as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Interest Margin or "rm" means the percentage specified as such in the table below. The Calculation Agent may adjust the Interest Margin, acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner, to reflect any disparity between the Reference Interest Rate and the Issuer's funding rate, save that the Interest Margin will not be less than the Minimum Interest Margin and will not exceed the Maximum Interest Margin;

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable L/C Margin, the Applicable Unused Line Fee Margin, the Applicable Revolver Index Margin and the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin.

  • Applicable Revolver Index Margin means the per annum interest rate margin from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the Index Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Margin means, for each Pricing Period, the margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period: II 10.0 V 17.5

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Additional Margin shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(a).

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • Applicable LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Floating Rate Margin means 7.50 per cent. per annum.
