Spent Nuclear Fuel Fees definition

Spent Nuclear Fuel Fees means those fees assessed pursuant to the Standard Spent Fuel Disposal Contract, as provided in Section 302 of the Nuclear Waste Policy Act and 10 C.F.R. Part 961, as the same may be amended from time to time, on electricity generated at Palisades and the Big Rock Point Plant Operating Facility.
Spent Nuclear Fuel Fees means those fees assessed on electricity generated at nuclear power electric generation facilities and sold pursuant to the Standard Spent Fuel Disposal Contract, as provided in section 302 of the Nuclear Waste Policy Act and 10
Spent Nuclear Fuel Fees means those fees assessed on electricity generated at NMP-2 and sold pursuant to the Standard Contract for Disposal of Spent Nuclear Fuel and/or High Level Waste, as provided in Section 302 of the Nuclear Waste Policy Act and 10 C.F.R. Part 961, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Examples of Spent Nuclear Fuel Fees in a sentence

  • Before the Closing and at all times thereafter, Seller shall remain liable for, and pay as they come due, all Spent Nuclear Fuel Fees attributable to electricity generated at Palisades and the Big Rock Point Plant Operating Facility and sold prior to the Closing, including the Pre-1983 Fee, and Buyer shall have no Liability or responsibility therefor.

  • Buyer shall be liable for all Spent Nuclear Fuel Fees attributable to electricity generated at Palisades and sold after the Closing, and Seller shall have no Liability or responsibility therefor.
