Spill or release means as described under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), it includes, but is not limited to: spilling, leaking, dumping or disposing into the environment of any hazardous chemical, extremely hazardous substance or CERCLA hazardous substance.
