Spinco Leased Real Property definition

Spinco Leased Real Property means real property leased, subleased or licensed by the SpinCo Companies, as tenant, subtenant or licensee.
Spinco Leased Real Property means all Leased Real Property that is intended to be Conveyed by Burgundy or its Subsidiaries to the Spinco Group pursuant to the Separation Agreement.
Spinco Leased Real Property means all Leased Real Property of the SpinCo Entities.

  • Co-op Lease With respect to a Co-op Loan, the lease with respect to a dwelling unit occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the stock allocated to the related dwelling unit.
