Sponsor Companies definition

Sponsor Companies means SCF-V, L.P., SCF-VI, L.P. and SCF-VII, L.P., and any other investment fund or related management company or Company that is an affiliate of SCF-V, L.P., SCF-VI, L.P. and SCF-VII, L.P. (other than the Company) or that is advised by the same investment adviser as any of the foregoing entities or by an affiliate of such investment adviser.
Sponsor Companies means Memorial Resource Development LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Memorial Resource”), Natural Gas Partners VIII, L.P, a Delaware limited partnership (“NGP VIII”), Natural Gas Partners IX, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“NGP IX”) or NGP IX Offshore Holdings, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“NGP Offshore” and together with NGP VIII and NGP IX, the “NGP Funds”), and any other investment fund or related management company or general partner (i) that is an affiliate of Memorial Resource or the NGP Funds (other than the Companies) or (ii) that is advised by the same investment adviser as any of the foregoing entities or by an affiliate of such investment adviser.
Sponsor Companies means New Source Energy Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and any other entity that is an affiliate of New Source Energy Corporation (other than the Companies).
