Sponsor Party definition

Sponsor Party means the Sponsor, each of its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and any shareholder, director, officer, employee, agent or any "controlling person" (as such term is used in the Act) of any of the foregoing.
Sponsor Party means the (A) Sponsor; and (B) (i) any Person to whom Sponsor Transfers Registrable Securities in accordance with the terms of any forward purchase agreement or similar arrangements in existence as of the date of this Agreement (the material terms of which have been disclosed to the Company or its counsel); and (ii) any Person to whom Sponsor has transferred Class B shares in the capital of Acquiror or Private Placement Warrants prior to the date of this Agreement.
Sponsor Party means, the Party primarily responsible for the conduct of a Joint Global Study, the Party that is the Sponsor to the applicable Regulatory Agency and is responsible for the initiation, management and financing of such clinical trial (such Party, with respect to such Joint Global Study the “Sponsor Party”).

Sponsor Party means, collectively, the Sponsor and each director and executive officer of the Sponsor.
