Sponsor Project Intellectual Property definition

Sponsor Project Intellectual Property means all Project Intellectual Property made by Sponsor personnel without the use of USC facilities, resources, equipment or funds.
Sponsor Project Intellectual Property means Project Intellectual Property created, invented or discovered solely by one or more employees of Sponsor without the use of University resources.
Sponsor Project Intellectual Property means all Project Intellectual Property made by SPONSOR personnel without the use of USC facilities, resources, equipment or funds.
