Examples of Sponsor Review Materials in a sentence

  • The Sponsor will designate one or more representatives who will be available to assist the Asset Representations Reviewer in performing the Asset Representations Review, including responding to requests and answering questions from the Asset Representations Reviewer about access to Sponsor Review Materials on the Sponsor’s originations, receivables or other systems, obtaining missing or insufficient Sponsor Review Materials and/or providing clarification of any Sponsor Review Materials or Tests.

  • Review Materials means, for an Asset Review and a Subject Receivable, the documents and other materials for each Test listed under “Review Materials” in Schedule A.

  • Asset Representations Review Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.6(d) of the Indenture.

  • Non-Lead Asset Representations Reviewer means the party acting as “asset representations reviewer” (within the meaning of Item 1101(m) of Regulation AB) under a Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Asset Representations Review Agreement means the Asset Representations Review Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Issuer, the Sponsor, the Servicer and the Asset Representations Reviewer.

  • Asset Representations Reviewer means the asset representations reviewer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
