SPSA Application definition

SPSA Application means the application on AirbusWorld, which provides the Buyer with access to the Supplier Product Support Agreements.

Warranted Part - as defined in sub-Clause 12.1.1 of this Agreement. Warranty Claim - as defined in sub-Clause 12.1.6(v) of this Agreement. Working Day - with respect to any action to be taken hereunder, a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or other day designated as a holiday in the jurisdiction in which such action is required to be taken.
SPSA Application means the application on AirbusWorld, which provides the Buyer with access to the Supplier Product Support Agreements. Technical Data has the meaning set out in Clause 14.1.

  • Both the Supplier Product Support Agreements and the Airbus Contracted Suppliers Support Agreements may be accessed through the SPSA Application.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the use of the term “SPSA” with respect to ACS Suppliers or ACS Equipment shall solely be a reference to such SPSA Application and shall not be construed to imply that such ACS Suppliers or ACS Equipment are the subject of the Supplier Product Support Agreements for the purposes of Clause 17.1 above.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.
