Training Conference has the meaning given to it in Clause 1.4 of Appendix J (Training).

Training Conference means the meeting that shall take place at (i) Customer’s facilities, or (ii) any other place designated by EVE, or (iii) virtually, on a date to be mutually agreed by the Parties prior to the commencement of Training Services, involving EVE, Customer and ECTS, the latter if required by EV▇, to present the scope of the Training Services to be provided to the Customer;
