SSE Rules definition

SSE Rules means the SSE China Connect Rules and the business and trading rules and regulations of SSE, as amended, supplemented, modified and/or varied from time to time.

More Definitions of SSE Rules

SSE Rules means the rules, operation procedures, circulars and notices of SSE in respect of the stock listing and trading activities taking place on SSE and the SSE Regulations on the Shanghai Hong Kong Stock Connect Programme which have been published by SSE for the purposes of implementing China Connect, as amended, supplemented, modified and/or varied from time to time.
SSE Rules means the SSE China Connect Rules and the business and trading rules and regulations of SSE as amended, supplemented, modified or varied from time to time. SZSE means the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
SSE Rules means the rules, operation procedures, circulars and notices of SSE in respect of the stock listing and trading activities taking place on SSE.
SSE Rules means any codes, rules, regulations, implementing measures, circulars, guidelines, opinions relating to the trading, clearing and settlement of securities on, and use of any service provided by, SSE including not limited to SSE Listing Rules.
SSE Rules means the SSE Regulations on the Shanghai- Hong Kong Stock Connect Pilot Programme and the business and trading rules and regulations of SSE; “Stock Borrowing and Lending Arrangement” means an arrangement permitted under Rule 14A16 whereby the persons referred to in Rules 14A16(4) to (7) borrow or lend China Connect Securities for the purposes mentioned in Rule 14A16(2) pursuant to a stock borrowing and lending agreement, and references to “Stock Borrowing and Lending”, “Stock Lender”,“Stock Borrower”, “lend” and “borrow” shall be construed accordingly; and
SSE Rules means the rules and regulations of SSE including any rules and regulations in relation to SHHK Stock Connect; "SZSE Rules" means the rules and regulations of SZSE including any rules and regulations in relation to SZHK Stock Connect; "SSE Securities" means securities listed and traded on SSE which may be traded by Hong Kong and overseas investors under SHHK Stock Connect. "SZSE Securities" means securities listed and traded on SZSE which may be traded by Hong Kong and overseas investors under SZHK Stock Connect.
