Stage B definition

Stage B means at least one tender has been returned to the Responsible Entity in relation to its application to the relevant Fund.

More Definitions of Stage B

Stage B. OF THE TRANSACTION" means as defined in Clause 11 below;
Stage B. CONSIDERATION" means US$24.70 (twenty-four U.S. dollars and seventy cents) for each of the Stage `B' Shares, totaling US$24,700,000 (twenty four million seven hundred thousand U.S. dollars), and insofar as all or part of that amount is actually paid after April 1, 2005, such amount as aforesaid shall be subject to the addition of the Interest from April 1, 2005 until the time of actual payment, all subject to the adjustments as provided in Clause 15 below;
Stage B means the research activities undertaken by the Parties pursuant to Article 2 as part of the Research Program with respect to the third and fourth Targets to be provided by Xxxxxxx to 3DP.

Related to Stage B

  • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;

  • Practical Completion means that stage in the execution of a Named Project when the Works have been completed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract and/or the terms of this Agreement such that the AHP Dwellings comprised within the Named Project are fit for beneficial occupation as a residential development in accordance with applicable NHBC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Named Project and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the DPA; Procurement Law means (as the case may be):

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.
