Stage Final Completion Target Date definition

Stage Final Completion Target Date means, in respect of any Stage, the date that National Grid intends to achieve Stage Final Completion as advised by National Grid to the Customer in the notice pursuant to Clause 2.5 or calculated in accordance therewith as may be adjusted by agreed variations or as may be extended in accordance with the provisions of these Siteworks Terms;

Related to Stage Final Completion Target Date

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.
