Staging definition

Staging means the temporary placement of off-site generated recyclable materials within a recycling facility for a period of time no longer than three (3) days.
Staging means holding whole spent lead acid batteries in trailers, which have arrived at a reclamation facility until the batteries can be transferred to a permitted storage area or moved into the reclamation process.
