Stall Fee definition

Stall Fee means the periodic licence fee payable by a Stallholder in respect of a Site, as set out in that Stallholder’s Licence.

Examples of Stall Fee in a sentence

  • If the Contracting Party does not raise any objections regarding the Stall Fee within 15 days of receiving the relevant invoice or the Service Charge by the close of the Exhibition the latest, the invoice shall be deemed received and accepted.

  • The amount of the Stall Fee shall be determined on the basis of the floor area and type of the Exhibition Area.

  • The premium payable for the mandatory liability insurance (hereinafter “Insurance Premium") shall be 1% of the Stall Fee as determined in the Application Form, excluding discounts.

  • The Area Cancellation Penalty shall be proportionate to the size of the area cancelled as follows: For an area cancelled between the 60th and 31st day prior to opening, 80% of the Stall Fee, and cancellation reported after the 30th day shall be subject to 100% payment of the Stall Fee.

  • Only after advance payment of the Stall Fee, Registration and marketing Fee, and Service Fee and receipt of the Stand Construction plan documentation, as approved by Hungexpo, may the Exhibition Area be occupied and construction work commence.

  • The rate of the Area Cancellation Penalty is proportional to the size of the canceled area as follows: 30% of the Stall Fee for the canceled area in the period prior to the 61st day to the exhibition, 70% between the 60th and 31st day, 100% starting from the 30th day prior to the exhibition.

  • Pupil fee means a fee, deposit or other charge imposed on pupils, or a pupil’s parents or guardians, in violation of Section 49011 of the Education Code and Section 5 of Article IX of the California Constitution, which require educational activities to be provided free of charge to all pupils without regard to their families’ ability or willingness to pay fees or request special waivers, as provided for in Hartzell v. Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

  • Hookup fee means a fee for the installation and inspection of any pipe, line,

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Contract Fee means the price, fee, rent, or royalty payable in a contract under this chapter or

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Installation Fee means charges payable by the Customer for the installation of the service as provided in the Order Form;

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • Permit Fee means a fee in an amount established by the SFMTA Board, required to be paid by a permit applicant for permit issuance or renewal, including any late payment penalties or interest for failure to pay in accordance with the requirements of this Article and any other regulations adopted by the SFMTA Board.

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Work-out Fee means a fee payable with respect to any Rehabilitated Mortgage Loan (other than any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note, equal to the product of (x) 1.0% and (y) the amount of each collection of interest (other than default interest and any Excess Interest) and principal received (including any Condemnation Proceeds received and applied as a collection of such interest and principal) on such Mortgage Loan, Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note for so long as it remains a Rehabilitated Mortgage Loan.

  • Usage Fee means the subscription fees to be paid by the Agency for ongoing access to Services.

  • Entrance fee means money paid in a lump sum or installments or property transferred pursuant to a continuing care agreement before initiation of continuing care for 1 or more individuals and that confers the right to the continuing care.

  • Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.

  • Franchise Fee means a direct or indirect payment to purchase or operate a franchise. Franchise fee does not include any of the following:

  • Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.
