Standard Customer definition

Standard Customer means any Customer who is not an Embedded Distributor, an Embedded Generator, or a service that requires power for less than 12 months;
Standard Customer means a customer of the Company (other than the Customer) that is receiving electrical current flow from the Company pursuant to a standard connection.
Standard Customer means any Customer who is not a Sub-transmission Customer, Large User, Direct Customer, Embedded Distributor or an Embedded Generator;

  • A Standard Customer Package shall consist of the lowest cost Customer Premises Equipment package made generally available at the time to Operator's retail customers in the Market Area permitting full utilization of the lowest cost tier of service generally available at the time to retail customers in the Market Area.
