Examples of Standard Option in a sentence
Unless otherwise mutually agreed to by Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, Developer shall select the In-Service Date, Initial Synchronization Date, and Commercial Operation Date; and either Standard Option or Alternate Option set forth below for completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades as set forth in Appendix A hereto, and such dates and selected option shall be set forth in Appendix B hereto.
Unless otherwise mutually agreed among the Parties, the Interconnection Customer shall select the In-Service Date, Initial Synchronization Date, and Commercial Operation Date; and either Standard Option or Alternate Option set forth below for completion of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades as set forth in Appendix A, Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades, and such dates and selected option shall be set forth in Appendix B, Milestones.
If the Parties are unable to reach agreement on such terms and conditions, the Participating TO shall assume responsibility for the design, procurement and construction of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades pursuant to Article 5.1.1, Standard Option.

Under the Negotiated Contract Option, the Interconnection Customer and the Interconnected Transmission Owner may agree to terms different from those included in the Standard Option of Section 3.2.1 above and the corresponding standard terms set forth in the applicable provisions of Part VI of the Tariff and this Appendix 2.
Interconnection Customer has selected the Standard Option for construction of the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and the Stand Alone Network Upgrades.
As an alternative to the Standard Option set forth in Section 3.2.1 of this Appendix 2, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer may mutually agree to a Negotiated Contract Option for the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s design, procurement, construction and installation of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities.
If the two Parties are unable to reach agreement on such terms and conditions, Transmission Owner shall assume responsibility for the design, procurement and construction of the Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrades Facilities pursuant to 5.1.1, Standard Option.
