Standard Processing definition

Standard Processing means the submission and processing of Orders such that Orders received in good order by Vanguard on a Business Day before Market Close will receive that Business Day’s Trade Date, and Orders received in good order by Vanguard on a Business Day after Market Close will receive a Trade Date of the next Business Day.
