Standard Shares definition

Standard Shares means the shares issued to the investors investing in the Company in connection with the initial closing of an Equity Financing.
Standard Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c).

  • Standard Shares are subject to fees calculated as a stated percentage of the net assets attributable to Standard Shares under the Standard Shares Rule 12b-1 Distribution Plan and the Trust's Service Plan, as set forth in the respective Plans.

  • Transfer agency fees are allocated to Standard Shares on a per account basis.

  • Series D Shares means shares of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share of the Company and having the rights, privileges, preferences and restrictions set forth in the Charter.
