Standard Terms and Conditions of Service means the terms and conditions under which the City provides sewer services to a building as published by Utilities Kingston.

  • The terms and provisions of this AUP are without limitation of any rights to suspend or terminate Service that Colo otherwise possesses under your Service Contract, our Standard Terms and Conditions of Service, or applicable law.

  • Additionally, the Standard Terms and Conditions of Service will also be accepted (online every time a booking is processed) by the respective User Organization.The User Group will work closely with UNHAS in relation to establishment and revision of cost recovery rates, stabilisation of funding situation, and will support UNHAS fundraising efforts.

  • In the event that these Standard Terms and Conditions of Service conflict with for the Service Specific Terms and Conditions for any regulated service, the Service Specific Terms and Conditions will control as to that regulated service.

  • The terms and provisions of this AUP are without limitation of any rights to suspend or terminate Service that Marne Elk Horn otherwise possesses under your Service Contract, our Standard Terms and Conditions of Service, or applicable law.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Conditions of Contract means those statements contained in or delivered with your Ticket/s or Itinerary/Receipt, identified as such and which incorporate by reference, these Conditions of Carriage and notices.

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.

  • Basic Conditions of Employment Act means the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act No. 75 of 1997);
