Standby Directed Investment definition

Standby Directed Investment means, initially, an interest bearing time deposit (which investment is, for the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Investment); provided that the Issuer, or the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer, may by written notice to the Trustee change the Standby Directed Investment to any other Eligible Investment of the type described in clause (b) of the definition ofEligible Investments” maturing not later than the earlier of (i) 30 days after the date of such investment (unless putable at par to the issuer thereof) or (ii) the Business Day immediately preceding the next Payment Date (or such shorter maturities expressly provided herein).
Standby Directed Investment means, initially, the JP Morgan Prime Money Market Fund (which investment is, for the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Investment); provided that the Issuer, or the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer, may by written notice to the Trustee change the Standby Directed Investment to any other Eligible Investment of the type described in clause (ii) of the definition ofEligible Investments” maturing not later than the earlier of (i) 30 days after the date of such investment (unless putable at par to the issuer thereof) or (ii) the Business Day immediately preceding the next Payment Date (or such shorter maturities expressly provided herein).

  • Amounts on deposit in the Permitted Use Account will be invested in the Standby Directed Investment until such time as the Trustee receives written direction from the Collateral Manager (which direction may be in the form of standing instructions) to invest such amounts in other Eligible Investments.
