Start of Service definition

Start of Service means the date the customer accepts the QC service and billing commences.
Start of Service means the date services shall commence defined of acceptance of this Agreement by Customer, or activation and access to the first Device through the ATS server, whichever is first.
Start of Service means the effective bill date of the service order to add Service to Customer’s account, as evidenced by CenturyLink records.

Examples of Start of Service in a sentence

  • Syringa Networks will not be liable to Customer or others with respect to any: (a) delay in meeting a Service Request Date; or (b) inability to provide Service after the Start of Service Date, except to the extent set forth in this Agreement.

  • Non-recurring Charges are due and payable on the Start of Service Date or as otherwise billed by the Company.

  • Customer selects the following “Initial Term” of the Agreement: 60 months; code 600055.The Agreement begins on the Effective Date and the Initial Term begins on the Start of Service Date.

  • If there is a delay in Service installation, Customer may cancel Service without liability only if the delay is due solely to the Company and lasts more than ninety (90) days beyond the scheduled Start of Service Date; provided, however, that in no event may Customer cancel Service without liability if the Company has incurred costs in specially constructing or acquiring Communications Facilities to provide Service to Customer.

  • The term of an individual Service begins on the Start of Service Date for that Service and continues for the number of months specified in the attached pricing attachment for a particular Service Address or a quote for Service issued by CenturyLink if the rates for Service at particular Service Address are not included in the pricing attachment (“Initial Service Term”).

  • If Company specially constructs or acquires Communications Facilities in order to provide Service(s) to Customer, and Customer cancels or breaches the Agreement after its execution but prior to the Start of Service Date, Customer shall reimburse Company or any third party, as appropriate, for all costs incurred in undertaking to specially construct or acquire such Communications Facilities.

  • If the Start of Service Date for any Service falls on any day other than the first day of the month, the first invoice to Customer will consist of: (a) the pro-rata portion of the applicable MRC covering the period from the Start of Service Date to the first day of the subsequent month; and (b) the MRC for the following month.

  • If Company specially constructs or acquires Communications Facilities in order to provide Service(s) to Customer, and Customer terminates or breaches the Agreement after the Start of Service Date, Customer shall pay Company or any third party, as appropriate, all remaining unpaid charges owed for the specially constructed facilities.

  • Unit of service means a half day which shall be up to 5 hours of service per 24-hour period.

The first day of employment or reemployment is the first day the Employee performs an Hour of Service. An Employee who incurs a Period of Severance of twelve (12) months or less will also receive service-spanning credit by treating any such period as a Period of Service for purposes of eligibility and vesting (but not benefit accrual). For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Month of Service means a calendar month in which an employee is in receipt of full salary or wages in respect of the prescribed number of working hours in each working day in the month and includes a calendar month in which an employee is absent on special leave without pay not in excess of twenty (20) working days.

  • Cost of Services is FASC’s total Operating Costs incurred in providing the applicable Category of Services during the month to all investment advisers for which FASC provides that Category of Services. “Adviser’s Assets under Management” is the total average assets under management for the month for all Accounts or portions thereof for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser or subadvisor and which utilize the Category of Services.

  • Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).

  • Continuous enrollment means enrollment in a state- supported postsecondary education institution at the same degree level for consecutive terms, excluding summer term, since the beginning of the period for which continuous enrollment is claimed unless a sequence of continuous enrollment is broken due to extenuating circumstances beyond the student’s control, including serious personal illness or injury, or illness or death of a parent.

  • Years of Service means the total number of full years in which a Participant has been employed by one or more Employers. For purposes of this definition, a year of employment shall be a 365 day period (or 366 day period in the case of a leap year) that, for the first year of employment, commences on the Employee's date of hiring and that, for any subsequent year, commences on an anniversary of that hiring date. Any partial year of employment shall not be counted.

  • Termination of Service means:
