Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.
Clinical Director means an individual who meets the minimum requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, and has at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience working in a mental health setting.
Funeral director means any person engaged in the practice of funeral directing.
Local director means the director or his designated representative of the local department of the

Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
medical officer means any medical practitioner who is registered under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Xxx 0000 and who falls within the coverage clause of this Agreement and who is not a medical specialist.
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
College board means the state board for community and
Director of Nursing means the Registered Nurse Level 5, appointed as such, who has charge of the nursing staff and who may also be required to supervise other staff (including domestic staff).
MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.
Supervising physician means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A. The supervising physician is responsible for medical direction of emergency medical care personnel when such personnel are providing emergency medical care.
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Funeral directing means the for-profit profession of directing or supervising funerals, preparing
State Director means the chief administrative officer of the State water pollution control agency, or the authorized representative of the State Director.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Medical cannabis pharmacy means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.
Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed physician, employed with or contracted with the City, responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the City's drug testing program who has knowledge of substance abuse disorders, laboratory testing procedures, and chain of custody collection procedures; who verifies positive, confirmed test results, and who has the necessary and appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed positive test result together with his or her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.
Health Board means a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
