State Indenture definition

State Indenture means a Trust Indenture to be entered into between the Authority and the Trustee, pursuant to which State Bonds will be issued, as from time to time amended and supplemented in accordance with the provisions thereof.

  • The State hereby consents to the same and agrees that the Trustee may enforce such rights as provided in the State Indenture and the State will cause payments required hereunder to be made directly to the Trustee.
