State Review Period definition

State Review Period means the time period specified in the applicable Contract Exhibit during which the State is to complete its review and, as applicable, testing of a Deliverable for approval.

  • If the Contract Activities are not fully accepted by the State, the State will notify Contractor by the end of the State Review Period that either: (a) the Contract Activities are accepted, but noted deficiencies must be corrected; or (b) the Contract Activities are rejected.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Statement of Work, "Final Acceptance" of a Deliverable occurs when that Deliverable has been accepted by the State following the applicable State Review Period.

  • The State's review period for acceptance of the Deliverable(s) is governed by the applicable Statement of Work, and if the Statement of Work does not specify the State's review period, it is by default 30 Days for a Deliverable (State Review Period).

  • Upon implementation of a corrected Service from Contractor, the State will have a reasonable additional period of time, not to exceed the length of the original State Review Period, to review the corrected Service for conformity and that the identified deficiencies have been corrected.

  • Title Review Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Review Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(i).

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.

  • County review agency means an agency designated by the County Board of Chosen Freeholders to review municipal stormwater management plans and implementing ordinance(s). The county review agency may either be:

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Planning Submission or “CAPS” or “Community Accountability Planning Submission” means the HSP Board approved planning document submitted by the HSP to the Funder. The form, content and scheduling of the Planning Submission will be identified by the Funder;

  • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].

  • Statement of Objections has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(ii).

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.
