Stated Satellite Operational Capability means, for the AMC-23 Satellite, as measured from any date, the product of (i) the number of Operating Transponders on such satellite, and (ii) the number of remaining 30-day periods from such date until the end of the expected life of such satellite as at such date.

Stated Satellite Operational Capability means, for any Specified Corporation Satellite, as measured from October 15, 2006 (or, in the case of the Specified Corporation Satellite presently referred to as “Anik F3”, as measured from the time immediately prior to the intentional ignition of the launch vehicle that will be launching such satellite), the product of (a) the number of Operating Transponders on such Satellite, and (b) the number of remaining 30-day periods from such date until the end of the expected life of a Specified Corporation Satellite;
