Launch Vehicle. For the Option Spacecraft purchased by Buyer, the Contract Price will be paid in accordance with the payment plan in Paragraph 6.2, Table 6.2 (subject to pro rata adjustment in the event of a change in the Contract Price or Shipment Date). Prior to exercise by Buyer of the Option for the Option Spacecraft, Buyer shall not owe any amount to Contractor with respect to the Option or such Option Spacecraft.
