Station Facilities definition

Station Facilities means the amenities which are specified in paragraph 10 of Annex 1;
Station Facilities means the following, to the extent that they exist at the Station:
Station Facilities i defined in Section 5.1.

  • During the Term and any Renewal Term of this Agreement, PEPCO and its contractor(s) who will access the Property shall maintain general liability insurance coverage for the Charging Station Facilities naming the TOWN as an additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.

  • PEPCO shall, at its sole cost and expense, be responsible for all installation activities required to support the operation of the Charging Station Facilities and services therewith, including furnishing and installing all materials, equipment, and labor required for the installation of the Charging Station Facilities.

  • The Safety and Training Officer will be responsible for developing, managing, and updating a safety program for Development Entity and Transit Agency personnel involved in the operation and maintenance of the CNG Fueling Station Facilities.

  • PEPCO or its contractor(s) shall be responsible for the maintenance of the Charging Station Facilities in a safe and operable condition.

Related to Station Facilities

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • Production facility means a facility in California at which gasoline or CARBOB is produced. Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Air navigation facility means any facility, other than one owned and operated by the United States, used in, available for use in, or designed for use in aid of air navigation, including any structures, mechanisms, lights, beacons, markers, communicating systems, or other instrumentalities or devices used or useful as an aid, or constituting an advantage or convenience to the safe taking off, navigation, and landing of aircraft, or the safe and efficient operation or maintenance of an airport, and any combination of any or all of such facilities.

  • Distribution facilities means those facilities by and through which electricity is received from a transmission services provider and distributed to the customer and that are controlled or operated by a distribution services provider.

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry meeting room and or car park.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Communication Facilities means video, video-conferencing, internet or online conferencing applications, telephone or tele-conferencing and/or any other video-communications, internet or online conferencing application or telecommunications facilities by means of which all Persons participating in a meeting are capable of hearing and being heard by each other;
