Examples of Station Facilities in a sentence

  • The TOWN acknowledges and agrees that all Charging Station Facilities shall be considered personal property and shall at all times remain PEPCO’s property.

  • PEPCO or its contractor(s) shall be responsible for the maintenance of the Charging Station Facilities in a safe and operable condition.

  • TOWN will not place shrubbery, trees, fences, or other obstructions so close to any Charging Station Facilities that they would hinder or obstruct operation or maintenance of said equipment.

  • Claim: Any and all claims, disputes, disagreements, causes of action, demands, suits, or other proceedings, in all cases related in any way to (i) the Commissions’ operation of Passenger Station Facilities or (ii) the Commissions’ provision of the Service (or failure to provide the Service) under this Agreement.

  • Except to the extent expressly set out in this PPA, the Department (or, in the case of natural gas supplied by any Transit Agency, the applicable Transit Agency) shall have no obligation to design, build, finance, operate or maintain any equipment or infrastructure necessary for the delivery of natural gas to the CNG Fueling Station Facilities and shall have no liability for the content, quality, delivery or terms of delivery of such natural gas.

  • The Department (or, in the case of natural gas supplied by any Transit Agency, the applicable Transit Agency) shall have no obligation to design, build, finance, operate or maintain any equipment or infrastructure necessary for the delivery of natural gas to the CNG Fueling Station Facilities and shall have no liability for the content or quality of such natural gas (except to the extent expressly set out in this PPA).

  • The Department shall have a right of first refusal (but not the duty) to purchase any Equipment and/or Passenger Station Facilities sold by the Commissions after the delivery of a termination notice to the Department.

Related to Station Facilities

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".
