Stock Option Price definition

Stock Option Price means the price at which shares subject to a Stock Option may be purchased.
Stock Option Price means the price at which a Participant may purchase a Share pursuant to a Stock Option.
Stock Option Price means the purchase price for a share of Stock subject to a Stock Option.

  • If a Participant shall fail to pay the Nonqualified Stock Option Price at the time of exercise, the Nonqualified Stock Option(s) which are being exercised shall become null and void.

More Definitions of Stock Option Price

Stock Option Price means the product of (i) the Exchange Ratio multiplied by (ii) the Average Closing Price, plus the Per Share Cash Consideration.
Stock Option Price means the exercise price established by the Committee with respect to an Optionee's Stock Option, determined as not less than the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the Grant Date. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the Optionee owns stock possessing more than 10% of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company on the Grant Date, the Stock Option Price shall be at least 110% of such Fair Market Value on the Grant Date.

Related to Stock Option Price

  • Stock Option means a contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6 hereof to purchase shares of Common Stock at such time and price, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement.
