Stockholder Representative Fund definition

Stockholder Representative Fund means an expense fund established by the Company Holders prior to the Effective Time for the payment of out-of-pocket expenses of the Stockholder Representative pursuant to Section 8.4(c).
Stockholder Representative Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.9(e).
Stockholder Representative Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(c)(ii).
