Storage Rate definition

Storage Rate has the meaning set forth on the Cover Sheet.
Storage Rate. With respect to Gold or Platinum (and subject to Section 1(c) below), the storage rate shall be $1.00 per ounce per month of the Gold or Platinum in Storage up to 99oz. / the storage rate shall be $0.85 per ounce per month of the Gold or Platinum in Storage from 100 to 249oz. / the storage rate shall be $0.80 per ounce per month of the Gold or Platinum in Storage 250 to 999oz. the storage rate shall be $0.65 per ounce per month of the Gold or Platinum in Storage 1000oz. or more. With respect to Silver (and subject to Section 1(c) below), the storage rate shall be 3.5¢ per ounce per month from 500 oz. to 4999 oz. / the storage rate shall be 2.9¢ per ounce per month of the Silver in Storage 5000 oz. to 99,999 oz. / the storage rate shall be 2.5¢ per ounce per month of the Silver in Storage 100,000 oz. or more. The storage rates for all other Precious Metals will be mutually agreed upon and evidenced in writing signed by Customer and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx.
Storage Rate. The Storage Rate shall be $[XX]/kW-month multiplied by current Storage Contract Capacity, as adjusted for the Storage Capacity Test (as set forth in the PPA), multiplied by the Round-Trip Efficiency Factor, and multiplied by the monthly Availability Adjustment. Such payment constitutes the entirety of the amount due to Seller from Buyer for the Storage. The Storage Rate shall not be subject to an escalator and shall allow for a minimum of 365 cycles per Contract Year.

Examples of Storage Rate in a sentence

  • Contractor/Service Provider is authorized to, and is responsible for, collecting applicable tow and storage charges as outlined in the City-Initiated Tow and Storage Rate schedule, prior to releasing a vehicle.

More Definitions of Storage Rate

Storage Rate shall be $[XX]/kW-month based upon 200 cycles per Contract Year. If Buyer dispatches the Facility for more than 200 cycles, Seller shall receive an additional variable operations and maintenance payment of [$[XX]/MWh] “Tolling Rate” multiplied by the MWh throughput, and multiplied by the Round Trip Efficiency Factor. The Tolling Rate assumes a maximum number of additional cycles of [XXX] per Contract Year.
Storage Rate. The Storage Rate shall be $[XX]/kW-month (with no escalation). Commencing on CAISO Commercial Operation, Seller shall be paid on a monthly basis at the Storage Rate multiplied by current Storage Capacity as adjusted for the Storage Capacity Test (set forth in the PPA), multiplied by the monthly Availability Adjustment, and net of any Round-Trip Efficiency penalties, imbalance charges, or reimbursable Station Use energy costs. Such payment constitutes the entirety of the amount due to Seller from Buyer for the Storage Product. The Storage Rate shall allow for a minimum of 365 cycles per Contract Year.

From the period from CAISO Commercial Operation until the Commercial Operation Date, Buyer shall pay to Seller fifty percent (50%) of the Storage Rate, pro-rated on a daily basis. Commencing on CAISO Commercial Operation, Seller shall be paid on a monthly basis at the Storage Rate multiplied by current Storage Capacity as adjusted for the Storage Capacity Test (set forth in the ESA), multiplied by the monthly Availability Adjustment, and net of any Round-Trip Efficiency penalties, imbalance charges, or reimbursable Station Use energy costs. Such payment constitutes the entirety of the amount due to Seller from Buyer for the Storage Product. The Storage Rate shall allow for a minimum of 365 cycles per Contract Year.
Storage Rate. With respect to Silver only for this agreement, the rate is based on the value at 0.04125 % per month (0.495% APR), including all State taxes due in the State of Utah.
Storage Rate shall have the meaning specified in Section 11(a).
Storage Rate. All Storage Product shall be paid on a monthly basis at the Storage Rate multiplied by 1,000, multiplied by the current Storage Contract Capacity, as adjusted for the Storage Capacity Test (as set forth in the PPA), multiplied by the Round-Trip Efficiency Factor, and multiplied by the monthly Availability Adjustment for such month and pro-rated for the first and last month of the Delivery Term if the Delivery Term does not start on the first day of a calendar month. In addition to adjustments pursuant to the Storage Capacity Test, the Storage Contract Capacity shall be reduced for each MW that is unavailable due to a Force Majeure Event lasting for more than five (5) consecutive days until such time as the Force Majeure Event ends for such Storage Capacity. If the Storage Contract Capacity is adjusted on any day other than the first day of a calendar month, payment shall be calculated separately for each portion of the month in which the different Storage Contract Capacity is applicable. The “Storage Rate” shall be expressed in $/kW-month and established pursuant to the Seller Offer provisions below The Storage Rate shall not be subject to an escalator and is based on a maximum number of 365 cycles per Contract Year. Seller may also offer a price for a top 4/bottom 4 approach in which case capacity products will be limited to Resource Adequacy and top 4/bottom 4 financial settlement.] Test Energy Rate: Prior to COD, Buyer will purchase all Test Energy and any associated Product at 50% of net CAISO revenues associated with Facility Energy.
