The remedies provided in this Agreement shall be cumulative and shall not preclude assertion by any Indemnified Party of any other rights or the seeking of any and all other remedies against any Indemnifying Party which may be available to the Indemnified Party.
Contractor/Service Provider is authorized to, and is responsible for, collecting applicable tow and storage charges as outlined in the City-Initiated Tow and Storage Rate schedule, prior to releasing a vehicle.
