Store Opening Information Sheet shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

The above definitions apply equally to both the singular and the plural of the terms defined.   • Due Diligence Information means any information supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Customer prior to the Call Off Commencement Date;
