Storm Recovery Charge definition

Storm Recovery Charge means any storm-recovery charges as defined in Section 62-172(a)(15) of the Storm Recovery Law that are authorized by the Financing Order.

Storm Recovery Charge or “SRC” means any storm recovery charges, as defined in Section 1227(15) of the Storm Recovery Securitization Law, authorized pursuant to the Financing Order.
