Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.
Planned unit development means a subdivision characterized by a unified site design, clustered residential units and/or commercial units, and areas of common open space.
Core Business means any material line of business conducted by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date and any business reasonably related or incidental thereto.

Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
