Strategic LEN Promotion has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.07(b)(ii).
Strategic LEN Promotion has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.07(b)(ii). “Strategic Lobby Promotion” has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.07(b)(iii). “Strategic Programs” has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.07(b). “Strategic Relationship” has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.07(b). “Subsidiary” means, with respect to any Person, (i) a corporation a majority of whose capital stock with the general voting power under ordinary circumstances to vote in the election of directors of such corporation (irrespective of whether or not, at the time, any other class or classes of securities shall have, or might have, voting power by reason of the happening of any contingency) is at the time beneficially owned by such Person, by one or more Subsidiaries of such Person or by such Person and one or more Subsidiaries thereof or (ii) any other Person (other than a corporation), including a joint venture, a general or limited partnership or a limited liability company, in which such Person, one or more Subsidiaries thereof or such Person and one or more Subsidiaries thereof, directly or indirectly, at the date of determination thereof, beneficially own a majority ownership interest entitled to vote in the election of directors, managers or trustees thereof (or other Persons performing such functions) or act as the general partner or managing member of such other Person. “Supplemental Theatre Access Fee” has the meaning assigned to it in Schedule 1. “Tax Receivable Agreement” means that certain Tax Receivable Agreement by and among National CineMedia, LLC, RCH, AMC, Cinemark Media, Cinemark, and Regal, and to be dated as of the date hereof. “Term” has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.01(a). “Territory” means the 00 xxxxxx xx xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx of America and the District of Columbia. 11 Table of Contents

  • Co-Promotion means those promotional activities undertaken by a ------------ pharmaceutical company's sales force in concert with at least one other pharmaceutical company's sales force to implement the marketing plans and strategies with respect to a particular prescription pharmaceutical product under a single trademark. When used as a verb, "Co-Promote" shall mean to engage ---------- in such activities.

  • Tourism promotion means activities and expenditures designed to increase tourism, including but not limited to advertising, publicizing, or otherwise distributing information for the purpose of attracting and welcoming tourists; developing strategies to expand tourism; operating tourism promotion agencies; and funding marketing of special events and festivals designed to attract tourists.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • Promotion means a change from an employee's position to one with a higher maximum salary level.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Co-Promote or “Co-Promotion” means use of the respective sales forces of the Parties or their Affiliates to promote, following exercise of the Co-Promotion Option by Ambit, a Co-Promoted Product in the U.S., where “promote” means the process of direct contact between the respective sales forces and medical professionals (as further defined in the applicable Co-Promotion Agreement) who are able to purchase or influence the purchase of the Co-Promoted Product, in accordance with and as further defined in Exhibit D and the Co-Promotion Agreement.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Economic development incentive means a financial incentive,

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Planned unit development means a subdivision characterized by a unified site design, clustered residential units and/or commercial units, and areas of common open space.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the Recipient’s management and Implementation unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.

  • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Charitable sales promotion means an advertising or sales campaign, conducted by a commercial co-venturer, which represents that the purchase or use of goods or services offered by the commercial co-venturer will benefit, in whole or in part, a charitable organization or purpose.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • SBE Program Coordinator means the individual appointed, from time to time, by the City’s Community and Economic Development Director to administer the SBE Regulations.
