Street Project definition

Street Project means the construction, reconstruction, retrofit, maintenance, alteration, or repair of any street, and includes the planning, design, approval, and implementation processes.

Street Project means the capital construction or capital reconstruction of any street, whether by the public or private sector, and includes the planning, design, approval, and implementation processes. Operation and maintenance (O&M) based projects are excluded.
