Stressed Nonrecoverable Advance Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of: (i)for all Mortgage Loans that are current as of such date, the greater of (A) zero and (B) the excess of (1) Total Advances related to such Mortgage Loans on such date over (2) the product of 50% and the sum of all of the Market Values for the related Mortgaged Property; and (ii)for all Mortgage Loans that are delinquent as of such date, but not related to property in foreclosure or REO Property, the greater of (A) zero and (B) the excess of (1) Total Advances related to such Mortgage Loans on such date over (2) the product of 50% and the sum of all of the Market Values for the related Mortgaged Property; and (iii)for all Mortgage Loans that are related to properties in foreclosure, the greater of (A) zero and (B) the excess of (1) Total Advances related to such Mortgage Loans on such date over (2) the product of 50% and the sum of all of the Market Values for the related Mortgaged Property; and (iv)for all REO Properties, the greater of (A) zero and (B) the excess of (1) Total Advances related to such REO Properties on such date over (2) the product of 50% and the sum of all of the Market Values for the related REO Properties.   • Nonrecoverable P&I Advance Any P&I Advance previously made or proposed to be made in respect of a Mortgage Loan or REO Property that, in the good faith business judgment of the Servicer using Accepted Servicing Practices, will not or, in the case of a proposed P&I Advance, would not be ultimately recoverable from related Late Collections, Insurance Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds on such Mortgage Loan or REO Property as provided herein.
